1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatbotSaaS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ChatbotSaaS provides a white-label AI chatbot platform that allows businesses to embed AI-powered chat widgets on their websites. The service includes lead capture, knowledge base management, analytics, and third-party integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pay-Per-Lead Billing

ChatbotSaaS has no subscription and no upfront fee. You add a valid payment card to keep your chatbot live, and you are billed only for the leads your chatbot actually captures. There is no charge when you add your card.

$5 per lead your chatbot captures in a given month.
$29/month minimum applies only to active months (any month with chats or leads). Months with no usage cost $0 — you are never charged for an idle month.
Billing runs once per month, in arrears, for the prior month's captured leads, charged to your card on file via Stripe.
Optional prepaid credit (Annual Saver) and referral credit are applied against your monthly usage before your card is charged.
All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
A newly created chatbot may serve a small number of free preview messages so you can test it; a payment card is required for continued service.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel anytime by removing your payment method or contacting support. There is no contract or renewal — you only ever owe for leads already captured.
If a monthly charge fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry before suspending service.
Refund requests: contact support@chatbotsaas.org within 14 days of a charge and we will review it in good faith.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to:

Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to circumvent our security measures
Collect data from minors under 13
Use in adult, gambling, or firearms industries without prior approval

7. AI Content Disclaimer

Our AI chatbot generates responses automatically. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your chatbot appropriately for your use case.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content (knowledge base, leads, conversations). We retain ownership of the platform, code, and infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatbotSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
