Payment information (processed securely by PayPal)

Knowledge base content you upload

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our services

Send technical notices and support messages
Respond to your comments and questions
Monitor and analyze usage patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Upstash Redis (KV) and Upstash Vector, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. API keys are stored only as HMAC-SHA256 hashes — we never store raw API keys.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days, including conversation history, leads, analytics, and knowledge base content.

5. GDPR Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in machine-readable format
Object to processing of your data
